Pullenites Unite for a Litter Clean Up
January 24, 2026
9:00 am–12:00 pm | Meet at the main parking lot of Pullen Park, near Pullen Place Café
Caring for creation and caring for our neighbors come together at Pullenites Unite for a Litter Clean Up. This off-campus gathering invites the Pullen community to step outside, work together, and make a visible impact along Western Boulevard in Raleigh.
Hosted by Pullen’s Earth Ministry team in partnership with Partners for Environmental Justice, this clean up marks the beginning of a four-week season of shared environmental action. Participants will meet at the main parking lot of Pullen Park and gather near the entrance by Pullen Place Café before heading out together. Gloves, grabbers, and safety vests will be provided, so participants only need to dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.
This event is open to ages 15 and up. Anyone younger than 15 is welcome to participate when accompanied by an adult. Whether you are passionate about environmental justice or simply looking for a meaningful way to serve alongside others from Pullen, this morning offers an accessible and impactful opportunity.
Beginning January 25, Partners for Environmental Justice will also co-host a special series of Environmental Justice Sunday Group program at Pullen Memorial Baptist Church. This clean up is a meaningful first step in that shared journey of learning, action, and community care. All are welcome. Learn more here https://www.pullen.org/blog/sunday-groups-winter-2026
