ICE Watch Dispatcher and Verifier Training

(Sponsored by Siembra NC)

January 10

5:30 pm–8 pm in Finlator Hall

Siembra NC is hosting a training session on ICE Watch efforts in the Triangle. All community members are invited to learn how to verify ICE activity, communicate accurate information, and support rapid community responses. This training includes practice scenarios and discussion for those interested in strengthening local organizing and solidarity — anyone who is new to ICE Watch, as well as those who are ready to deepen their involvement.

Over recent months, community members across North Carolina have come together to build networks of support and protection. This training reflects that ongoing commitment to collective action and shared responsibility. Whether you are interested in becoming a dispatcher or want to learn how verification works, this session offers tools to participate thoughtfully and effectively.

Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Join others who are committed to staying informed, connected, and prepared through community-based organizing. To participate, RSVP here.
