ICE Watch Dispatcher and Verifier Training
January 10, 2026
5:30 pm–8:00 pm | Finlator Hall
Siembra NC will host an ICE Watch Dispatcher and Verifier Training for community members who want to support local organizing efforts and strengthen rapid response networks in the Triangle. This training is open to those who are new to ICE Watch as well as those who are ready to deepen their involvement. All are welcome.
The evening will focus on practical skills for responding to ICE activity with accuracy, care, and coordination. Participants will learn how to identify and verify ICE agents, research and confirm information, and communicate clearly with local ICE Watch teams. The training will include a slide presentation, roleplay scenarios, case practice exercises, and time for questions, offering multiple ways to engage and learn.
Over recent months, community members across North Carolina have come together to build networks of support and protection. This training reflects that ongoing commitment to collective action and shared responsibility. Whether you are interested in becoming a dispatcher or learning how verification works, this session offers tools to participate thoughtfully and effectively.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Join others who are committed to staying informed, connected, and prepared through community-based organizing.
