Youth and adults who play wind, string, or percussion instruments at an intermediate level or beyond play in this group that accompanies congregational singing, provides music for worship, and other events.
Rehearsals take place in the Sanctuary at 8:45 AM on these scheduled Sundays: Sept. 13, 20, 27; Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25; Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22; Dec. 9, 13, 16, 20, 2026; Jan. 17, 24; Feb. 21, 28; Mar. 21, 28; Apr. 11, 18, 25; May 2, 19, 23, 2027. The Pullen Orchestra also joins the Caroling Christmas Choir to present music at Glenaire Retirement Community on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 6, and plays for Pullen’s LoveFeast on Wednesday, Dec. 16.
Rehearsal times will vary on some dates: October 11 at 9:30 AM; November 1 at 4 PM; December 9 at 7:30 PM; December 16 at 5:30 PM; December 20 at 10 AM; March 28 at 10 AM; May 19 at 7:30 PM; and May 23 at 9:15 AM.
