Children’s Sabbath

The nationwide celebration of Children’s Sabbath came out of the work of the Children's Defense Fund. During the month of October, in communities nationwide, places of worship join in the meaningful observance of Children’s Sabbaths.

During morning worship at Pullen, on October 25th, we will highlight and affirm the gift and gifts of children in our midst. It is a day set aside to celebrate children as active participants as part of our community, as we also seek to bring light on the needs of all the children of the world. Our children will will serve as worship leaders throughout the service.
