Restore Our Church, Expand Our Reach
Our plan is to continue the Capital Campaign until we reach our goal of $1.5 million, but it will be less prominent in future communications as we turn to the important work of pledging the annual budget.
If you have made a pledge to the Capital Campaign, thank you! If you are still thinking about pledging, please consider these two factors:
Our mortgage on the Cox Avenue building ($345,000) comes due in March 2026. If we do not raise this amount by then, we will need to refinance the mortgage.
We need to begin critical repairs to address water issues in our building as soon as possible. So, we have taken out a $400,000 loan to pay for them. We’d like to pay this back as quickly as possible to avoid interest charges.
Together, we have pledged $1,034,055 so far. If you are able to pay your full pledge now, instead of over three years, you would help us tremendously with our debt. Thank you for thinking about this!
You may make a one-time contribution or pay over two or three years. Pledge cards are in the sanctuary pews, or you can pledge online using Realm. Return confidential pledge cards by dropping them into the slot in the hallway across from the library.
