NC Shape-Note Singers Host All-Day Singing Event

February 28

9:30 am–3:30 pm in the Chapel

The NC Shape-Note Singers invite Pullenites and the Raleigh/Wake community to this annual statewide singing convention, an all-day event. Registration begins at 9:30 am; singing starts at 10 am. Around lunchtime, the singing will pause so that participants can enjoy a potluck lunch in Finlator Hall, and then resume singing until 3:30 pm. The event host will provide loaner copies of their two books: The Sacred Harp (another name for “the human voice”) and Shenandoah Harmony.

Join this event for all or part of the day, to listen or to sing. No experience is required, just vocal cords and enthusiasm!  The event is free of charge!
