Joys and Concerns in April
Celebrating Joys
· George and Vanessa Jeter welcomed their first grandchild, Davis Jeffrey Jeter, on March 30. Davis and his parents, Wilson and Kate Jeter, are doing well.
· We offer gratitude that Michael Watkins is cancer-free after receiving the pathology report from his most recent surgery.
Praying in Loss
We remember and pray for:
· Cindy and Larry Schultz in the death of Cindy’s mother, Dorothy, who died on March 27.
· Frank Farmer in the loss of his sister, Margaret Woollen, who died at the end of March from metastatic melanoma.
· Jack Barnwell in the loss of his wife, Beth Barnwell, who died on April 27 after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage. Beth was a dedicated Pullen member and a kind, caring soul who treated everyone with respect and dignity. We hold Jack and Beth’s daughter, Leigh Barnwell, in our prayers. Beth’s memorial service will be held at Pullman on May 16 at 11:00 am

· Tony Quartararo, who continues to recover from recent hip surgery.
· Baxter Wells, who is recovering from surgery.

· Clay Stalnaker, who fell and broke his humerus bone. Clay is recovering at Rex Rehab.
· Emery Rockenbach-McCall, who broke her leg.
· Bob Savage, who is recovering at home after breaking four ribs.
· Steve and Jane Rhudy, as they discern the path of Steve’s cancer diagnosis. Steve recently received additional test results and is still processing them.
· Carolyn Sexton’s brother, whose cancer has spread throughout his body.
· Mike Phillips, whose surgery went well. He is recuperating at home, which could take weeks if not months. Mike is grateful for all the prayers and good wishes from Pullen.
Praying with Our Round Table Guests
We remember and pray for:
· Ms. Jones and her children, who need a place to live and basic necessities, like food, on their budget.
· Linda, her friends, and her family in search of work.
· Trevor asks for the strength and comfort of a future that doesn’t turn into loss of home, car, food, or other things.
