Important Update: Church Documents Moving to Realm
To better protect sensitive church information, we are moving important documents from our public website to Realm, our secure online platform. This change ensures that only members with a Realm login will be able to view these resources.
The following documents will now be available exclusively in Realm:
Constitution and Bylaws
Budget and Financial Information
Council and Committees
Organizational Charts
Safe Congregation Information
Staff Job Descriptions
Usher Guidelines
Inclement Weather Policies
Pullen Membership Directory Policy
International Policy
Audio Visual Policy
Building Use Policy
Instructions for accessing the documents
On the web (desktop / browser)
From the Realm dashboard, open Groups in the left-hand navigation.
In the Groups area, use Find Groups (or the search box) and type “Pullen Memorial Baptist Church” to locate the system-wide group. It will also appear under “Groups I’m In.” Click the group name "Pullen Memorial Baptist Church" to open the group’s page.
On the group page, click the Resources tab.
This is where uploaded documents and links live.
Browse the Resources/Files list for the document you want (Constitution & Bylaws, Budget, Staff job descriptions, Building Use Policy, etc.). Click a file to open it in your browser or use the download button to save a copy.
On the mobile app (Connect — “Our Church Community”)
Open the Realm/Connect app and tap Groups.
Search for or select Pullen Memorial Baptist Church (system group).
Tap Files / Resources on the group page to view and open documents.
