ICE Watch (Verifier) Training

September 25

6:30–10 pm in Finlator Hall

In the face of continued threats to our immigrant communities, SiembraNC has organized this ICE Verifier Training session. When a community member or impacted person sees a suspicious vehicle/person, they can contact SiembraNC. Then SiembraNC sends a text to a trained local volunteer who goes to the designated location to provide support. This organized process is intended to head off ICE actions before any kidnappings.

You can play a role in keeping our most vulnerable neighbors safe from ICE kidnappings. Join this training session. If you have already been trained but need a refresher, please bring a friend who has not been trained.

For more information about this training, contact Elena Ceberio.
