The youth group will be involved in service projects in Raleigh, in other parts of our country and all over the world. These projects will involve sharing of our resources and talents and learning from others whose journey is perhaps different than our own path. The projects will include events like the Crop Walk, writing to people on death row, and work projects in Raleigh.

During the summer, we have a week-long work project in Raleigh called, "In Our Own Back Yard." IOOBY is primarily for Rite-13 youth but older youth are encouraged to help out. Also during the summer, there is a work trip for youth 14 and older. Place and dates are announced in January. Every other year, the older youth take a trip out of country that involves work and social awareness components.
