2010 Process for Staffing Discernment
In December 2009, a sub-committee of Personnel Committee members and Deacons was appointed and charged with the task of formulating a process to be used in the coming months to discuss future staffing plans at Pullen. At the February 14, 2010 congregational meeting, the Deacon/Personnel sub-committee shared a power point presentation outlining a process of discernment. A copy of the power point presentation can be found in the church library. Also, copies are available in the church office and at house and town hall meetings.
