Stop Hunger Now has the mission of ending global hunger in our lifetime. On the second Wednesday of July, Pullenites will help further this goal by packing 10,000 meals to share with the people who need it most. Be a part of this exciting effort of compassion and justice.
Stop Hunger Now is an international hunger relief organization located in Raleigh that coordinates the distribution of food and other life-saving aid around the world. Its Operation Sharehouse program is a volunteer-based effort through which participants package high protein, dehydrated meals for use in crisis situations and which provides a highly nutritious meal to support school feeding programs in schools and orphanages around the world.
On Wednesday evening, July 10, the Operation Sharehouse Mobile Unit will come to Pullen so that our children, youth, and adults can pack meals in Finlator Hall. Many Pullenities have said this exciting inter-generational service project is one of the most fun, and meaningful, activities we do together. Don’t miss it!
